适用范围
本标准规定了以数字形式表示的图片信息编码的标识方法。本标准不规定图片实体的数据字段的内容。例如，这种字段也可包含与规定图片数据有关的声音和／或动画数据。本标准用作一些标准的基矗与这些标准的一个或多个配合使用，利用一种或多种编码方法所得到的数字形式的图片信息可以构造直观易理解的文件。按照其他标准编码的图形字符也可以和图片信息组合。由这种文件得到的编码信息可进行处理，并可通过远程通信系统进行传送。本标准还规定了在字符编码信息和数字图片信息之间以及在不同的图片编码方法之间进行转换的技术。

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesenvironmentaltestmethodstobeusedfortestingthesystemcomponentsofthefollowingalarmsystems,intendedforuseinandaroundbuildings:-intruderalarmsystems;-hold-upalarmsystems;-socialalarmsystems;-CCTVsystems,forsecurityapplications;-accesscontrolsystems,forsecurityapplications;-alarmtransmissionsystems.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthreeequipmentclasses(fixed,movable&portableequipment)andfourenvironmentalclasses.Theenvironmentalclassesonlyincludethegeneralserviceenvironmentsenvisagedforequipmentinstalledintypicalresidential,commercialandindustrialenvironments.Itmaybenecessaryfortheproductstandardtorequireadditionalordifferentenvironmentaltestsorseveritieswherea)therecouldbespecificenvironmentalproblems(e.g.somedifferentseveritiesmayberequiredforbreakglassdetectorsstucktoglasswindows,duetothelocalextremesoftemperatureandhumidity),b)thetestexposurefallswithintheintendeddetectionphenomenonofthedetector(e.g.duringavibrationtestonaseismicdetector).Inordertoprovidereproducibletestmethodsandtoavoidtheproliferationoftechnicallysimilartestmethods,thetestprocedureshavebeenchosen,wherepossible,frominternationallyacceptedstandards(e.g.IECpublications).Forspecificguidanceonthesetests,referenceshouldbemadetotheappropriatedocument,whichisindicatedintherelevantsub-section.Formoregeneralguidanceandbackgroundinformationonenvironmentaltesting,referenceshouldbemadetoEN60068-1andtotheEN60068-3series.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotspecifya)therequirementsorperformancecriteriatobeapplied,whichshouldbespecifiedintherelevantproductstandard,b)specialtestsonlyapplicabletoaparticulardevice(e.g.theeffectsofturbulentairdraughtsonultrasonicmovementdetectors),c)basicsafetyrequirements,suchasprotectionagainstelectricalshocks,unsafeoperation,insulationcoordinationandrelateddielectrictests,d)testsrelatingtodeliberateactsofdamageortampering.
