【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsandgivesrecommendationsforthedesign,materials,construction,testing,operation,maintenanceandabandonmentofpipelinesystemsusedfortransportationinthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustries.Itappliestopipelinesystemsonlandandoffshore,connectingwells,productionplants,processplants,refineriesandstoragefacilities,includinganysectionofapipelineconstructedwithintheboundariesofsuchfacilitiesforthepurposeofitsconnection.TheextentofpipelinesystemscoveredbythisInternationalStandardisillustratedinFigure1.ThisInternationalStandardappliestorigid,metallicpipelines.Itisnotapplicableforflexiblepipelinesorthoseconstructedfromothermaterials,suchasglass-reinforcedplastics.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoallnewpipelinesystemsandcanbeappliedtomodificationsmadetoexistingones.Itisnotintendedthatitapplyretroactivelytoexistingpipelinesystems.Itdescribesthefunctionalrequirementsofpipelinesystemsandprovidesabasisfortheirsafedesign,construction,testing,operation,maintenanceandabandonment.On-landsupplysystemsusedbythegassupplyindustryexcludinggasinfrastructurefromtheinputofgasintotheon-shoretransmissionnetworkuptotheinletconnectionofgasappliancesareexcludedfromthescopeofthisstandard.
