【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversthegeneralrequirementstowhichflat-cast,amorphous,semi-processed,iron-basemagneticcorealloysmustconform.Thesealloysareproducedbyarapid-quenching,direct-castingprocess,resultinginmetalswithnon-crystallinestructure.Themetallicalloysaremadetomeetspecifiedmaximumcore-lossvaluesandareintendedprimarilyforcommercialpowerfrequency(50and60Hz)applicationsinmagneticdevices.Desirablecore-lossandpermeabilitycharacteristicsaredevelopedbyfurtherheattreatmentinamagneticfieldbythebuyer.Theheattreatmenttypicallyconsistsofheatingthematerialtoatemperatureof320to420?Cinadry,inertatmospherefor5to10min.Amagneticfieldmayberequiredduringannealingasdesignatedbythemanufacturer.Exactoptimumannealingconditionsdependontheprocessingofthematerialandthesizeandshapeofthedevice.Thechemical,magnetic,andphysicalpropertiesarelistedforreferenceonly.Theyaretypicalvaluesforaparticularalloyanddonotconstituteastandardspecificationforthatalloy.Someofthesealloysaresensitivetomechanicalstress.Caremustbeexercisedinminimizinganystressesonthematerialinitsfinalapplication,otherwise,itsmagneticpropertieswillbeimpairedsignificantly.Thisspecificationisdevelopedtoaidinthepurchaseoftransformergradeamorphousstrip.Itprovidesthechemical,physical,andmagneticparametersandproceduresforqualitycontroltests.Note-Formoreinformationonproceduresassociatedwiththisspecification,refertothefollowing:PracticesA34,A664,A700,andB490;TestMethodsA370andA773.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
