【摘要】:ThemicroactivitytestprovidesdatatoassesstherelativeperformanceofFCCcatalysts.Becauseresultsareaffectedbycatalystpretreatment,feedstockcharacteristics,testequipment,andoperatingparameters,adherencetothistestmethodisaprerequisiteforcorrectinterpretationofresults.Apparatus,testconditions,andanalyticalproceduresactuallyusedshouldcloselyresemblethosedescribedinthistestmethod.Significantvariationsinapparatus,testconditionsand/oranalyticalproceduresmayresultinactivityandselectivitydatawhichdonotcorrelatewithdatadevelopedbyotherlaboratoriesonidenticalcatalyst/feedstocksamples.Thestandardmethodreactiontemperatureis516x00B0;C(960x00B0;F).Otherreactiontemperaturescanbeused;however,catalystselectivitydatadevelopedattemperaturesotherthan516x00B0;Cmaynotcorrelatewithselectivitydatadevelopedat516x00B0;C.Also,precisionatotherreactiontemperaturesmaychangecomparedtodataobtainedat516x00B0;C.1.1Thistestmethodcoversdeterminingtheactivityandselectivityofeitherequilibriumorlaboratorydeactivatedfluidcatalyticcracking(FCC)catalysts.Theactivityisevaluatedonthebasisofweightpercentconversionofgasoilinamicroactivityunit.Theselectivitiesareevaluatedonthebasisofweightpercentyieldsofspecificallydefinedproductsresultingfromthecatalyticcrackingofgasoil.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
