【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsandtestmethodsformarketedanddeliveredautomotiveLPG(LiquefiedPetroleumGas).ItisapplicabletoautomotiveLPGforuseinLPGenginevehiclesdesignedtorunonautomotiveLPG.NOTE:ForthepurposesofthisEuropeanStandard,theterm“%(V/V)”isusedtorepresentthevolumefraction.WARNING-AttentionisdrawntotheriskoffireandexplosionwhenhandlingLPGandtothehazardtohealthwhicharisesthroughinhalationofexcessiveamountsofLPG.LPGisahighlyvolatilehydrocarbonliquidwhichisnormallystoredunderpressure.Ifthepressureisreleasedlargevolumesofgaswillbeproducedwhichformflammablemixtureswithairovertherangeofapproximately2%(V/V)to10%(V/V).ThisEuropeanStandardinvolvesthesampling,handlingandtestingofLPG.Allproceduresshouldbeconductedawayfromsourcesofignitionsuchasnakedflames,unprotectedelectricalequipmentandelectrostatichazards.Testingshouldbeperformedasfaraspracticableunderanelectrically-safeventilationhood.LPGinliquidformcancausecoldburnstotheskin.Protectiveclothingsuchasglovesandgogglesshouldbewornifcontactwiththeskinislikelytooccur.UnnecessaryinhalationofLPGvapourshouldbeavoided.Theoperatorshouldnotbeexposedtoatmospherescontainingmorethan1800mg/m3overan8htime-weightedaverage(TWA)referenceperiod,ormorethan2250mg/m3overashortterm,10minreferenceperiod.OneofthetestsdescribedinthisEuropeanStandardinvolvestheoperatorinhalingamixtureofairandLPGvapour.ParticularattentionisdrawntothecautionarystatementprovidedinA.1,wherethismethodisreferredto.

【摘要】:1.1ThispartofEN500specifiesthecommonsafetyrequirementsformobileroadconstructionmachinery.TheEN500seriesisapplicabletomobileroadconstructionmachineryaslistedinAnnexA.Whennospecificstandardexists,EN500-1applies.Itspecifiescommonrequirementsforthedesignandconstructionofmobileroadconstructionmachineryinordertoprotectworkersfromaccidentsandhealthhazardswhichcouldoccurduringoperation,loading,transportandmaintenance.Additionalspecificrequirementsforcertaintypesofmobileroadconstructionmachineryaregiveninparts2to4and6ofthisstandard.Thispartofthisstandardgivessafetyrequirementsforalltypesofmobileroadconstructionmachineryandshallbeusedinconjunctionwithoneoftheparts2to4and6.Thesemachine-specificpartsdonotrepeattherequirementsfrompart1butaddtoorreplacetherequirementsforthetypeofmobileroadconstructionmachineryinquestion.|Machine-specificrequirementsinparts2to4and6takeprecedenceovertherespectiverequirementsofthisstan?dard.Fortypesofmobileroadconstructionmachinerynotdealtwithinparts2to4and6,EN500-1applies.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttomo?bileroadconstructionmachinery,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharerea?sonablyforeseeable(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazardsasspecifiedinClause4.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
